A server with the same specification as the standard server's standard/high memory is provided. The network traffic occurring at the server is added to that of the standard server to yield the total amount which is the basis for the billing. A basic disk for installing the OS is provided. Data Storage Fee

[Example] 800GB for 20 days on object storage on a multi-zone basis and 2TB for the remaining 10 days, the average monthly storage fee (GB per month) is as follows (usage is calculated on an hourly basis, for 30 days in a month):

• Monthly storage = [800GB x (20 days x 24 hours) + 1024 GB x 2 x (10 days x 24 hours)]/720 hours = 1216GB/month
• Monthly data storage fee = 1216GB/month x KRW 28= KRW 34,048

Price of API Requests

• ListBuckets (Look up the complete bucket list I have) API for the Multi-zone fee regardless of single-zone or multi-zone will be charged.

• Example(Based on multi-zone): For a month, if 15,000 calls of [PUT, COPY, POST or LIST request] were requested, the fee is 70.5 KRW.
• Example(Based on multi-zone): For a month, if 35,000 calls of [GET and all other requests] were requested, the fee is 14 KRW.
• ※ In actual billing, the fees are rounded to the nearest 10 KRW and billed.

Network Transfer Fee

Fees are charged only for outbound traffic through the Internet. Internal network traffic with the NAVER CLOUD PLATFORM server, CDN+, and GCDN is free of charge.

Can be used in a VPC environment.

The transfer fees to use Object Storage within a VPC via private communication are shown below:

My Server Images, Snapshot Charges

· Regardless of the disk type (HDD, SSD) of the source server, My Server Image or Snapshot charges are based on the HDD Block Storage fee.

· If you use 10GB of My Server Image or Snapshot for one month (30 days), the fee is 576 KRW(0.08 KRW x 24 hours x 30 days).

• The DBMS fee is charged on a monthly basis only.
• The MSSQL fee is the DBMS license fee. The server and OS (Windows) fees are charged separately.
  [Example] When using MSSQL on a server with 2 vCPUs: KRW 69,000 (server) + KRW 20,000 (Windows license) + KRW 290,000 (MSSQL license) = KRW 379,000/month

There is no base fee and users can create capacity volumes from 500GB to 10TB in size.

Prices Per Unit of NAS Volume

• The minimum capacity per volume is 500GB and can be increased by 100GB increments.
• Up to 500GB of NAS volume per month (30 day-based) will cost you KRW 36,000.
• Next 100GB of NAS volume per month (30 day-based) will additionally cost you KRW 7,200.
• SMS that are sent to notify about event occurrences are free at this time. In case of conversion to paid service in the future, we will notify you sufficiently in advance.

• The minimum capacity for backup service is 100GB. When the actual usage is 100GB or less, the 100GB fee is charged. If usage exceeds 100GB, the additional usage is charged per GB.
• [Example] If the backup service is applied on March 20 and the total usage in March is 20GB, the fee is KRW 30,000 for the price of the basic capacity of up to 100GB.
• [Example] If the backup data usage is 300GB, the fee is KRW 90,000 [KRW 30,000 + KRW 300 * 200GB].
• If you apply for remote replication, the usage capacity will be double.
• The network traffic expenses generated when using the backup service is free.

1) If the zone holding period is less than 1 month, then the daily charge will be applied.
2) The number of zones is calculated by calculating the monthly average of the period and quantity held. For instance, if 60 zones are held for an average of 20 days, 60 (pcs) x 20/30 (days) = 40 is calculated for a month so 25x550 + 15x110 = 13,750 + 1,650 = KRW 15,400 will be charged.
The queries for all domains in hold are collected and charged monthly, based on the total.

You are charged based on the average number of health check resources you use in a given month.
Example: If you use one internal health check resource for the first 15 days but do not perform health checks for the remaining 15 days of the month, you will be charged for 0.5 health checks.

The number of incoming queries in a given month is rounded up to the nearest million.
The fees are charged by adding the number of queries that occurred in all traffic profiles owned.

Service fee = Monthly transmission fee + monthly request fee
1) Monthly transmission fee = sum of each usage level fees for the total amount of CDN transmission per month
2) Monthly request fee = total number of CDN request per month

Guide to data collection for monthly service charges
- The sum of monthly transmission fee and monthly request fee from [the last day of the month before previous month – 3 days] to [the last day of the previous month – 4 days]
- [Example] May service charges breakdown = the sum of transmission fee and the request fee from March 28 to April 26

• It is charged based on the number of inputted characters, and the number of characters is calculated by rounding up to 1,000,000 characters.
  (For example, KRW 20,000 is charged when you use 500,000 characters per month. KRW 40,000 is charged when you use 1,600,000 characters per month)
• The number of characters includes spaces and special characters.
• You are not charged separately for the language detection features in Text Translation API and Website Translation API.
• For Papago Website Translation API, all characters (including tags and code points) included in the document requested for translation are included in the number of characters.
  For example, <p>무엇을 도와드릴까요?</p> will be counted as 18 characters.
• The usage (characters) is calculated on a monthly basis, and the previous month's usage is carried over to the following month.
• The usage of each API product is separately calculated.
  For example, 500,000 characters of Papago Text Translation API a month used + 300,000 characters of Papago Language Detection API used a month + 900,000 characters of Papago Doc Translation API a month → A total of KRW 70,000 (= KRW 20,000 + KRW 20,000 + KRW 30,000) will be charged.

• The fees are charged based on the number of calls and the number of characters.
• The number of characters will be rounded up to the nearest 1,000,000.
  [Example] 20,000 KRW is charged when you use 500,000 characters per month. 40,000 KRW is charged when you use 1,600,000 characters per month.
• Image recognition and synthesis are charged separately based on the number of calls.
• Spaces and special characters are counted the same as letters. You are not charged separately for the language detection feature.
• The usage amount is calculated on a monthly basis, and the previous month's usage does not carry over to the following month.
• The usage amount of each API product is calculated separately.

• Shared storage refers to the storage used for attachments within WORKPLACE.

• When requesting subscription, a 30-day free trial is available only once at the beginning.
• When using paid plan, 1 TB of shared storage and 10 GB of user-specific individual storage are provided by default.
• Additional storage purchases can be requested after conversion to a paid plan, in increments of 10 GB.

MAD: Monthly Active Device is the number of mobile devices that have activated App Safer during the month.

Case 1: When an app to which App Safer has been applied is distributed to 10,000 mobile devices, and App Safer is executed in the app on 70 different mobile devices during the month.

• 1,000 free downloads per month is provided for development and testing for service deployment.
• This kind of request will not be counted as a conversion, so your usage fee may be lower than the actual number of conversion requests. (※ Please note that due to the nature of temporary storage, the storage period for thumbnails will not be guaranteed.)
• The conversion counts will be rounded to the nearest 1000.
• Usage is updated monthly, and any unused allowance will not be carried forward.
• Linked products like Object storage, CDN, and CLA, will be charged separately. Please refer to product rate plan for details.

Case 1) When 1,600 images are converted in a given month,
KRW 2,000 = 1,000 conversions are provided free of charge and the remaining 600 conversions are rounded to 1,000 conversions.

Case 2) When 30,000 images are converted in a given month,

• You can select a product with guaranteed bandwidth of 10 Mbps, 20 Mbps, or 30 Mbps, and will be charged based on the selected product.
• The guaranteed bandwidth is for both-ways. (For instance, if you select 10 Mbps, inbound traffic of 10 Mbps and outbound traffic of 10 Mbps are guaranteed.)
• Make sure that you use the allocated guaranteed bandwidth. If exceeded, packet loss will occur.
• We recommend the use of Cisco products for your external IPsec VPN Gateway.

※ Effective Log Search & Analytics fees are charged by combining the log usage and API call fee.

• Pricing Example
  If you store 10GB worth of application logs for 20 days and then store 20GB for the remaining 10 days of the month, the monthly average of data stored (GB-month) is as follows:
  - Monthly average of data stored = [(10GB x 20 days) + (20GB x 10 days)]/30 days = 13.3 GB
  - Total storage fee of the month = 13.3GB/month x KRW 800 = KRW 10,640
  - We're planning to provide APIs to utilize Effective Log Search & Analytics logs in the future and the usage fee will be calculated based on the monthly accumulated number of API calls.

※ The data storage period is 30 days. After 30 days, the data is automatically deleted without prior notice.

Charges apply according to the usage time of the registered application.
Ncloud Single Sign-On is provided free of charge for a limited time. We will make an announcement one month before changing it to a paid service.

Web Security Checker fees are charged based on the number of diagnoses.

* In case of diagnosing the same target within sixty days after the first diagnosis, you can diagnose the vulnerability up to two additional times without additional cost.

• Same target means the website with the same URL as the public IP of the initially scanned website.
• Once the valid period or number of available rediagnosis is exceeded, the fee will be calculated as a new diagnosis.

*In the following cases, you will not be charged and not be given security diagnostics.

• You will not be charged if:
• Web Security Checker fails to detect and diagnose vulnerabilities for its system fault.
• you ask to stop the diagnostic process during the scan.
• Customer Support Center quits the diagnostic process at your request during the scan.
• a normal access is not available to the website to be diagnosed.

Please note that all cases other than circumstances described above will be normally charged and you should check necessary issues, if any, prior to the process start.

DB Servers

• When high availability support is selected, two servers (primary and secondary DB) are generated by default for redundancy.
• The slave DB is a replica that is created to distribute the read load of the database and is created one unit at a time.
• The default 50GB disk is for the OS and cannot be additionally extended or added. It is included in the usage fee.
• The data storage for storing the DB data is charged separately on an hourly rate depending on the usage amount.
• Cloud DB for the MySQL is a fully managed product and does not permit the access of user's OS. It only supports Linux OS.

[Example] (VPC) If you use the high availability DB server for a month, the DB server fee will be as follows: (Usage is calculated based on a 30 day month)

• DB server specifications: Standard (2 vCPU, 8 GB memory)
• DB server fee: KRW 248 (per hour) * 24 (1 day) * 30 days (1 month) * 2 (high availability on 2 units) = KRW 357,120

[Example] (Classic) If you use the high availability DB server for a month, the DB server fee will be as follows: (Usage is calculated based on a 30 day month)

• DB server specifications: Standard (2 vCPU, 4 GB memory)
• DB server fee: KRW 168 (per hour) * 24 (1 day) * 30 days (1 month) * 2 (high availability on 2 units) = KRW 241,920

Data Storage

• Data Storage is the storage for saving database data. It stores the entire data, such as tables, indexes, and log data.
• A standard 10GB storage is provided and automatically increases in 10GB increments, up to the maximum of 6000GB depending on the data storage amount.
• A notification is sent to the user at every 10 GB increment of usage.
• The pricing table according to data storage usage can be viewed from Pricing > Pricing plan by region > (Region) > Block Storage.

Backup Storage

• Backup storage is for backing up database data. It saves all table and index data automatically once a day.
• The backup data can be stored for a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 30 days, and is charged on an hourly rate according to the usage amount.

Network transfer fee

• Network usage fee for outbound traffic is charged according to the pricing table.
• The pricing table according to network usage can be viewed from Pricing > Pricing plan by region > (Region) > Network.

License Fee by Product Type

• BYOL is not allowed as a general rule. Existing customers may contact the Tmax Soft/Data sales representatives for detailed information.
• A separate server fee will be incurred if a NAVER CLOUD PLATFORM server product is in use.
• Pricing plan of Tibero Standard Edition will be based on 8vCPU units starting May 1, 2020.
  Therefore, the same price will be incurred for all S/W usages within the range of 1vCPU – 8vCPU server specifications.

How to use the technical support service

※ The Cloud Log Analytics fees are charged by adding up the log collection fee and log storage fee according to the selected pricing plan (Standard, Premium).

• When using the Standard pricing plan, the maximum daily collectable log capacity is limited to 20 GB, and logs exceeding 20 GB are not collected.
• If you need to collect and store more logs, then select the Premium pricing plan.

Standard pricing plan

When collecting 1 GB of logs per day, the log collection and storage fees are as follows.

• Log collection fee = 0 KRW
• Log storage fee = average monthly log usage - free usage * 800 KRW = [{(1 + 2 + 3 + ... + 29 + 30) / 30} - 1] * 800 = 11,600 KRW
• Monthly usage fee = log collection fee + log storage fee = 0 KRW + 11,600 KRW = 11,600 KRW

Premium pricing plan

When collecting 20 GB of logs per day, the log collection and storage fees are as follows.

• Log collection fee = log collection capacity * 500 KRW = 20 GB * 30 days * 500 KRW = 300,000 KRW
• Log storage fee = 0 KRW
• Monthly usage fee = log collection fee + log storage fee = 300,000 KRW + 0 KRW = 300,000 KRW

If 50 notifications were received via SMS while using 30 keyword notifications for a month, the usage fee is as follows.

• Keyword notification fee = (the number of keyword notifications set up - the number of keyword notifications included in the plan) * 500 KRW = (30-20) * 500 KRW = 5000 KRW
• SMS fee = the number of sent messages * 9 KRW = 50 messages * 9 KRW = 450 KRW

• Data storage period is 30 days. The data is automatically deleted after 30 days, and no prior notice is given.
• The log collection fee for the Standard pricing plan and the log storage fee for the Premium pricing plan are provided free of charge for a limited time. We will make an announcement one month before changing them to paid services.

Cloud Hadoop and Server Instance Price

It is a cost-effective service that allows users to pay as they go during the cluster cycle. Rates are available at a per-minute basis, with a minimum charge of 1 minute.

• The master node is created by default for high availability.
• The default 50GB disk is for the OS and cannot be additionally extended or added. It is included in the usage fee.
• Cloud Hadoop data storage fees will be separately charged for different storage types (e.g., Block Storage, Object Storage) based on time and storage size.

Data Storage Fee (Block Storage)

• Storage is used for storing Cloud Hadoop HDFS data.
• Minimum 100GB to 2,000GB is available in 10GB increments, and available in 4,000GB and 6,000GB.
• · The pricing table according to data storage usage can be viewed from Pricing > Pricing plan by region > (Region) > Block Storage.

Data Storage Fee (Object Storage)

• Use Object Storage to store large amounts of data.
• The Object Storage fee is calculated by combining the data storage fee, number of API requests, and network transfer fee.
• The pricing chart based on Object Storage usage can be viewed in Pricing > Pricing plan by region > (Region) > Object Storage.

Network transfer fee

• Network usage fee for outbound traffic is charged according to the pricing table.
• The pricing table according to network usage can be viewed from Pricing > Pricing plan by region > (Region) > Network.

• Pricing will be implemented based on Korea Standard Time (UTC+9).
• Usage of File Filter will be rounded up to the nearest 10,000 scans and the usage will not be carried forward to the following month.

App Security Checker is charged based on the number of diagnoses.

* In case of re-diagnosis of the same subject within 60 days of the first diagnosis, no additional charges will be billed up to two additional times.

• The same target means an app of which the name of first-diagnosed mobile app and the package name are the same.
• If you exceed the period or number of times you can re-diagnose, you will be charged for new diagnoses.

* In the cases below, you will not be charged and no vulnerability diagnosis report is provided.

• If diagnosis fails due to problems with the App Security Checker system, you will not be charged.
• If you cancel the diagnosis during the diagnosis wait, you will not be charged.
• If diagnosis stopped at Customer Support Center due to customer's request during the diagnosis, you will not be charged.

System Security Checker fees are charged depending on the number of diagnoses.

* In the case of WAS vulnerability diagnosis, if the same target is re-diagnosed within 30 days after the initial diagnosis, there is no additional charge up to one additional case.

• The same target means that the first diagnosed server (instance ID-based) and the WAS type are the same.
• If you exceed the period or number of times of re-diagnosis, you will be charged for new diagnosis.
• In the case of OS vulnerability diagnosis, a separate free re-diagnosis policy does not apply.

* The following cases are not charged and no vulnerability diagnosis report is provided.

• If diagnosis fails due to problems with the System Security Checker system, you will not be charged.
• If diagnosis stopped at Customer Support Center due to customer's request during the diagnosis, you will not be charged.

* API Gateway fees are charged by combining the API call fee, network transmission, and cache usage amount.

Pricing Example

If you make 5 million API calls, transmit 100GB of data, and use 10MB of cache every hour, the usage fee is as follows: (Usage is calculated on an hourly basis, for 30 days in a month)

  - API calls = 5 million - 1 million (basic) calls = 4 million calls
  - Data transmission = 100GB – 1GB (basic) = 99GB
  - Cache usage= 10MB * 24 hours* 30 days = 7200MB

  For this case, the NAT Gateway fee for November is KRW 7,400.
  (However, the outbound traffic to Internet transmitted from server to external IPs x and y will be charged as the server network fee.)
  - Usage Fee: 50hrs x KRW 56 x 2 Gateways = KRW 5,600
  - Data Throughput Fee: Since 30 GB of data was processed by NAT Gateway, 30 GB x KRW 60 = KRW 1,800

Redis Server

• (VPC) Composed of at least 3 Shards. Shards can be set starting from 3, up to a maximum of 10, and each Shard can be set to have from 0 to a maximum of 4 Replicas.
• (Classic) If you do not use HA, then 1 Redis server is used. If you do use HA, 2 Master-Standby Redis servers are used.

* E.g., (VPC) If you use a Redis server with 3 Shards using one Replica each, the fee will be as follows: (Usage is calculated based on a 30-day month.)

• Redis server specifications: Standard (6.4 GB memory)
• Total usable memory: 19.2 GB
• DB server fees: 204 KRW (per hour) * 34 (1 day) * 30 days (one month) * 3 (number of Shards) * 2 (Master + number of Replicas) = 881,280 KRW

* E.g., (Classic) If you use a Redis server at high availability, then the Redis server fee will be as follows: (Usage is calculated based on a 30-day month.)

• Redis server specifications: Standard (6 GB memory)
• Total usable memory: 6 GB
• DB server fee: 206 KRW (per hour) * 24 (1 day) * 30 days (1 month) * 2 (high availability on 2 units) = 296,640 KRW

Backup Storage

• The entire data of the Redis server is backed up automatically once a day.
• The backup period is at latest one day and up to seven days, and the backup is charged at an hourly rate for the storage usage of the backup storage period.

Network transfer fee

• Network usage fee for outbound traffic is charged according to the pricing table.
• The pricing table according to network usage can be viewed from Pricing > Pricing plan by region > (Region) > Network.

• The number of key calls is not carried forward to the following month.

Pricing Examples

Case 1) If Key 1 is owned from Sept 1-5 and Key 2 is owned from Sept 1-20,
→ KRW 833 = 5 days / 30 days x KRW 1000 + 20 days /30 days x KRW 1000

Case 2) If Key 1 is called 15,000 times and Key 2 is called 10,000 times in the same month,
→ KRW 30 = Rounded up to the nearest 10,000 on the calculation (15,000 calls on Key 1 + 10,000 calls on Key 2 - 20,000 Free Calls) to result in 5,000 Calls / 10,000 X KRW 30

• Usage time will be rounded up to the nearest 15 second unit.
• Maximum speech recognition per 1 API call is 60 seconds.
• The time from the speech recognition request until termination is measured and calculated into the usage time. In other words, even if there is a period of non-usage in the middle, such as silent intervals in the middle of a file or in the middle of a streaming request for recognition, that time is included in the usage time.
• The same rate will apply on the mobile SDK and REST API.

Case 3) In case of using CSR for 65 seconds: Up to the time limit of 60 seconds is recognized and KRW 16 will be charged.

MSSQL Server

• If high availability support is selected, the Mirror DB usage fee will be added to the DB usage fee.
• The default 100 GB disk is for the OS and cannot be extended or added to. It is included in the usage fee.
• The data storage for storing the DB data is charged separately at an hourly rate, depending on the usage amount.
• Cloud DB for MSSQL is a fully managed product and does not permit access to the user's OS.

Data Storage

• Data Storage is the storage for saving database data. It stores the entire data, such as tables, indexes, and log data.
• A basic storage amount of 100GB is provided and is automatically increased in 10GB increments, up to the maximum of 2TB depending on the data storage amount.
• The pricing table according to data storage usage can be viewed from Pricing > Pricing plan by region > (Region) > Block Storage.

Backup Storage

• Backup storage is for backing up database data. It saves all table and index data automatically once a day.
• The backup data can be stored for a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 30 days, and is charged on an hourly rate according to the usage amount.

Network transfer fee

• Network usage fee for outbound traffic is charged according to the pricing table.
• The pricing table according to network usage can be viewed from Pricing > Pricing plan by region > (Region) > Network.

Kubernetes Service Price

Provides a time-based plan to keep the container flexible depending on the situation from when the cluster starts to when it ends.

• The Worker Node in the cluster can use the server on an hourly basis.
• Pricing will be implemented based on Korea Standard Time (UTC+9).

CLOVA Chatbot service provides free trial service for 6 months.
The trial plan comes with 10 conversation model builds and 1,000 API calls per month.

• You can choose the domain type (Domain / Domain Group).
• Domain Group enables a wider range of answers by including sub-domains below.
  API calls of Domain Group are counted as 2 calls based on transaction.
  Example) API calls to the endpoint of domain group (3 calls)
  Subdomain A: Connected by Transaction and called once
  Subdomain B: Connected by Transaction and called twice

• You can select a service type (Trial/Standard) for each domain.
  After the trial domain is created, it can be changed to the standard domain . Excel import/export feature is provided to move the conversation scenario between domains.
• Additional charges are applied for API Gateway usage because the chatbot is called via API Gateway when linking to messengers or custom channels after service deployment.
• Additional charges are applied if you connect to the CLOVA API (CSR/CSS) to implement voice chatbot.

Search Engine Service and server instance pricing

• It can consist of two managers, three or five masters, and three or more data nodes for cluster configuration, and a total of four servers can be composed of one manager node and three data nodes for minimal configuration purposes.
• The built-in 50GB disk is for the installation of the operating system and software and cannot be expanded or added separately. It is included in the price.
• Data storage for storing data is billed separately on a hourly basis.
• Network fees are billed in the same way as Server billing.

- The status information saved by Device Mirror is calculated in units of KB. If a status information has a size of 1.5 KB, then the execution count for Device Mirror is calculated as 2.
- Messaging fee is incurred when calling MQTT messages and APIs to run Device Mirror.

The service fee for Pinpoint Cloud is calculated based on the number of spans that are collected to trace the transactions in the distributed system, as well as any event notifications sent via SMS or email if this is enabled in the monitoring setting.

* A span is the basic unit for tracing an RPC (Remote Procedure Call). It contains data from the processing task performed upon receipt of the RPC.
The user can set the RPC call sampling rate to only collect part of RPC calls.
For example, setting the sampling rate at 10 will only collect information from 1 out of every 10 RPC calls. This will increase the span count by 1.
* Any collected data will be retained for 30 days. After data is retained for 30 days, it will be deleted without notification.

[Example] The web service was visited by 100,000 users in 1 month. Each user made 100 requests.

• Span Count = 100,000 users * 100 calls/user = 10,000,000 (The Span Count may vary, depending on service content.)

This is a service used when communicating between VPCs using a private IP.

Cloud Data Streaming Service and server instance pricing

• 4 servers are created in total by default (1 manager, 3 nodes) for configuring the cluster.
• The default 50 GB disk space is provided for installing OS and software and can't be additionally extended or added. The cost for this is included in the usage fee.
• The data storage for storing the data is charged separately at an hourly rate, depending on the usage amount.
• Network cost is charged the same as for servers.

Data storage

• This storage is for saving streaming data in Apache Kafka.
• You can use a capacity ranging from 100 GB to 2,000 GB, in 10 GB units.

General OCR

• When using table extraction, text extraction is called at the same time, and 25 KRW per case will be charged.

Template OCR

• Template OCR's one-time API call criterion is the number of recognition areas of the template (Max 50) set by the builder. If this is exceeded, additional charges will apply.
  (For example, if the number of box areas in the template is 130, it is charged by 3 API calls)
• CLOVA OCR service is called through API Gateway after service deployment and is charged separately based on the API Gateway usage.

To help you use the service flexibly in different situations, we offer an hourly usage-based price plan.

It is a free service

• Origin shield maintains the even transfer quality when transferring globally while protecting the origin. However, we recommend the option to be enabled when you set the service area to "All global areas.
• If you use NAVER Cloud Platform Object Storage as the origin, the fee for outbound Object Storage network is waived.
• If you save Global Edge logs in the user's Object Storage, the fee for the additional storage used applies.
